Ingredients in the Garlic Yoghurt Sauce Recipe

The ingredients really couldn’t be more simple… Greek yoghurt, garlic and lemon juice are the main ingredients and then throw in some salt and pepper and you’re done!

How to Make Garlic Yoghurt Sauce

Literally place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix. Make sure you mince or grate the garlic so the flavour is spread throughout and you aren’t left with chunks. I also recommend starting with a smaller quantity and adding more later if necessary. Because the garlic is raw the garlic flavour intensifies in the yoghurt the longer it sits there. I like to refrigerate my sauce until I am ready to use it and then have a taste just before serving to make sure it is ‘garlicky’ enough.
